This platform approach is intended to strengthen healthcare capacity not only within Ghana, but across the wider West African region.

This step is part of the project's structured approach to ensuring strong governance, expert guidance, and long-term sustainability.
The advisory board will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the initiative, supporting decision-making processes, and strengthening engagement with partners and stakeholders.
As the project progresses, additional members will be announced as part of AMC’s commitment to building a world-class healthcare ecosystem.
